Personal Philosophy of Nursing Essay paper

• A minimum of 2 citations from peer-reviewed nursing journals and a reference page will be required
• Paper will be in APA format and 10-pages in length
• Students are expected to answer these questions in their Capstone paper:
o Who are you? What is your perception of yourself and how you fit into the community?
o What growth have you had from 1st year of nursing school to 4th year? (Review the Service Learning reflection papers and contrast and compare the transformation that has occurred). This will be uploaded.
o How do you see the connection between yourself and the people you served?
o In what ways did the core values of the School of Nursing paly a role in your service to others?
o What was the significance of the experience(s) for you? What did you learn about yourself? What was the value of the experience(s)?
o What was the benefit to the organization(s) because of your service?
o What knowledge about nursing did you gain from these experience(s)?
o How has the Service-Learning Experience impacted your personal Philosophy of Nursing? (Please include a paragraph outlining your Nursing Philosophy when answering this question).
