This assignment will continue to build on your knowledge base regarding the problem in your professional practice that you have posed in a previous assignment. Expand upon your existing knowledge through the review of at least five more peer-reviewed journal articles. You should have at least 10 scholarly sources for your presentation. Propose an evidence-based solution aligned with the research from the literature.

Submission Requirements

Present the topic to your Capella colleagues in a Kaltura presentation that is 10 minutes or less in length. The presentation should consist of no more than 15 PowerPoint slides, which should include the following with speaker notes:

    1. Title slide.
    2. Introduction to the proposed project.
    3. Identification of the clinical question or problem.
    4. Significance of the question or problem: Include discussion of at least two background studies related to the topic, state the clinical question, and explain how the question is relevant to nursing practice.
    5. Introduction of the proposed evidence-based solution.

      • Ethical considerations.
      • Challenges and barriers to successful implementation.
